1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GitFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

GitFast is a product information extraction tool that allows users to extract product data (images, descriptions, titles) from e-commerce URLs and convert them into ready-to-sell assets. Our service includes AI-powered image generation and editing capabilities.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GitFast. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • One account per user; no sharing accounts

Understanding Copyright Risk

Using product images extracted from other sellers' listings can lead to:

  • Copyright infringement claims
  • Marketplace listing removal or account suspension
  • Legal penalties and customer distrust

Your Responsibilities

YOU are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images downloaded through GitFast.

You agree to:

  • Only use images you have permission to use
  • Obtain written authorization from copyright holders when required
  • Use manufacturer/supplier-provided images when available
  • Create your own original photos whenever possible
  • Comply with all marketplace policies and copyright laws

Solutions for Compliant Image Use

  1. Create Your Own Images: Take high-quality photos of products you sell
  2. Get Permission: Request written authorization from manufacturers or original photographers
  3. Use Supplier Assets: If you're an authorized reseller, request official product images
  4. Use GitFast AI Generation: Generate unique AI images based on products (still verify compliance)
  5. License Properly: Only use licensed images that explicitly allow commercial use
  6. Document Everything: Keep records of permissions and image sources

GitFast's Role

GitFast is a tool that extracts publicly available data. We do not grant you copyright ownership or usage rights to any extracted images. The tool's purpose is to help you gather product information, which you must then verify and use legally.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access beyond normal use
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Subscription, Free Trial & Payments

Free Trial

  • All new users automatically receive a 14-day free trial of GitFast Pro upon account creation
  • No credit card is required to start the free trial
  • The trial begins on the date of account registration
  • Trial access includes all Pro Plan features

Billing After Trial

  • After the 14-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to $2.99/month
  • Billing recurs monthly on the same date your trial ended
  • You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your trial ends
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription
  • To avoid being charged, cancel before your 14-day trial ends
  • If you cancel after billing has started, access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@gitfast.app
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

GitFast's platform, code, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

Content You Create: AI-generated images created through GitFast are provided for your commercial use, but you remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and marketplace policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GitFast is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of extracted product information
  • That the service will meet your specific needs
  • That extracted content is free from copyright claims

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitFast shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Copyright infringement claims arising from your use of extracted content
  • Marketplace account suspensions or penalties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GitFast harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your use or misuse of extracted content
  • Copyright or intellectual property infringement claims
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion with or without cause

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rockdale County, Georgia.

For EU Users: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice.
